Ken Kahl is the man to call if you need tree work done! We had a potentially dangerous situation with a very large tree leaning toward our house and severe weather on the way. Mr. Kahl came out, assessed the situation, and took care of the problem immediately. He and his crew were incredibly professional and very skilled at their work. The price was more than reasonable. Ken’s Tree Service is the only way to go, if you want a professional, extremely skilled team to remove your tree and /or stump, don’t trust anyone else. We live 15 miles outside Columbia and not only were we given an immediate written estimate, but as soon as our insurance adjuster approved the removal. It was completed in 2 hours with everything removed, even the fallen leaves. 5 pieces of equipment and 4 men removed all traces of my 30 ft. old, oak tree that was dying due to a lightning strike; it was directly in front of our front porch and removed from the top down, no damage at all. Ken’s company was also very reasonable for such a big and dangerous job.
Ken is also very courteous & accommodating. The very best of service! I will recommend his service to all our neighbors and friends without reservation.

Ken and his crew are amazing. They are very professional, and get the job done in a timely manner without any damage to the property. This is the second time we have used them to remove vefy tall-50+ foot trees. They have a bucket and lower the big limbs using ropes. I give them an A+++ for their great service and would not use anyone else. Also, they are very reasonable priced. You can’t go wrong using them. Wonderful people and wonderful job well done!

Just want to brag on Ken’s tree service. That was the best job of cutting a tree down we have ever had. The clean-up job was amazing. Called Ken on Wednesday with Tree and I mean a huge 3 part tree on the ground. He came out on Thursday and gave us a quote and was back on Friday. They had that tree cut up and ground cleaned and cleared and raked. Even cut down a couple of Bodock Trees that no one could cut with a chain saw. The yard never looked so good. It was done in about 2 hours and they were gone. Best job I have ever seen done. We vote Ken’s service number ONE! A very reasonable price for all they did. Thank you Ken for your honesty and great work.
